What materials can a cardboard laminator process?
Thin paper, coated paper, greyboard, corrugated board and thick paperboard — top paper from 100 to 700 gsm, bottom board from 200 to 1300 gsm. Not sure your material fits? Send us a sample sheet and we’ll confirm before you buy.
What is the max speed of the cardboard laminator?
Depending on the model, speed ranges from 7,200 to 9,000 sheets per hour. The GK-1207 tops out at 9,000 SPH; the wider-format GK-1210 runs up to 7,200 SPH.
What adhesives are supported?
Starch glue, resin glue, milky glue and other adhesives with a pH value of 6–8. The precision roller holds application around 18 g/m².
How about installation and training?
One operator can finish installation in about 2 hours using the included manual and video. Prefer hands-on help? Train free at our Dongguan factory (travel at your cost), or we can send our engineer to your factory — travel cost covered by the purchaser.
What is the lead time?
Delivery is 10–30 working days after receiving the deposit or full payment, depending on the model and order quantity. We confirm exact timing in your quotation.
How about warranty?
12 months from shipping date, with spare parts supplied during the period, plus a lifetime paid-service option. Warranty excludes misuse or operator error — we state that clearly up front.
Can the machine be customized?
Yes. Configurations can be adapted to your production requirements and material specifications — tell us what you run and our engineers will confirm the build.
