Flute Laminator FAQs
How do I choose between the five series?
Start with two numbers: your largest sheet and your daily output. GM and GE top out at 1,450 mm; GW, GW Upgraded and GS cover 1,700–2,200 mm.
- Under 50,000 sheets/day → GM Series
- 50,000–100,000 sheets/day → GE Series
- 100,000–150,000 sheets/day → GW or GW Upgraded
- 150,000+ sheets/day → GS Series
If your sheet is wider than 1,450 mm, GE and GM are out.
What does the quote include?
Your quote covers the recommended model, machine configuration, electrical specification, included options, lead time and commercial terms. Share your sheet sizes, board grades and target output and we will quote the exact setup—not a generic price.
Which sheet widths and flute types are supported?
FENGCHI flute laminators support A, B, C, E, and F flute types, as well as multi-layer corrugated boards. This covers virtually all standard packaging applications — from shipping boxes to premium retail packaging.
What is your warranty?
Warranty: 12 months from the shipping date, covering free spare parts for non-artificial failures. Exclusions: misuse, accidents, and operator error. Lifetime paid-service support is available after the warranty period.
How about installation and training?
Normally, one operator can finish intallation in 2 hours with installation manual and video. If purchaser’s engineer travels at own cost to China, free training session. If engineer sent to purchaser’s factory, all travel cost paid by purchaser.
What is your delivery time?
Our delivery time is 10-30 working days after receiving full payment or deposit. The specific delivery time depends on the product and the order quantity.

Yes — we offer OEM/ODM customization of width, speed and features, and our R&D team works with you to develop tailored solutions.
