What is a flute laminator and how does it work?
A flute laminator is a post-press machine that bonds corrugated board (flute) with printed face paper to create durable packaging material. It uses servo-driven sheet feeding, precision gluing, and alignment systems to laminate at high speeds — up to 17,500 sheets per hour — while maintaining ±1.0mm registration accuracy.
How fast can FENGCHI flute laminators run?
FENGCHI flute laminators range from 11,000 to 17,500 sheets per hour. The flagship GS Series reaches 17,500 sheets/hr, the GW Series 16,000 sheets/hr, the GE Series 13,000 sheets/hr, and the GM Series 11,000 sheets/hr. All models maintain ±1.0mm accuracy even at maximum speed.
Which series is right for my production volume?
If you produce over 150,000 sheets/day, choose GS Series. For 100,000–150,000/day, GW or GW Upgraded is ideal. For 50,000–100,000/day, GM Series offers full-servo automation at a competitive price. Under 100,000/day with budget sensitivity, GE Series delivers the best value.
What flute types and materials are supported?
FENGCHI flute laminators support A, B, C, E, and F flute types, as well as multi-layer corrugated boards. This covers virtually all standard packaging applications — from shipping boxes to premium retail packaging.
What is your warranty?
Warranty: 12 months from the shipping date, covering free spare parts for non-artificial failures. Exclusions: misuse, accidents, and operator error. Lifetime paid-service support is available after the warranty period.
How about installation and training?
Normally, one operator can finish intallation in 2 hours with installation manual and video. If purchaser’s engineer travels at own cost to China, free training session. If engineer sent to purchaser’s factory, all travel cost paid by purchaser.
What is your delivery time?
Our delivery time is 10-30 working days after receiving full payment or deposit. The specific delivery time depends on the product and the order quantity.
