What are the differences between the five series of flute laminators?
Happy to break down the five FENGCHI flute laminator series:
• GM Series — up to 11,000 sheets/hr. Entry-level full-servo: digital one-touch setup, patented energy recovery, most affordable.
• GE Series — up to 13,000 sheets/hr. Cost-effective full automation; belt-type feeder handles thin bottom paper (~0.3 mm / 350 gsm), good for board-to-board.
• GW Series — up to 16,000 sheets/hr. Mainstream, proven in 60+ countries (1,300+ sold); servo motors with 35% load reserve.
• GW Upgraded — up to 16,000 sheets/hr. Euro-spec with EU electrical compliance for export-oriented plants.
• GS Series — up to 17,500 sheets/hr. Flagship for 24/7 mass production: barcode auto-adjustment, remote monitoring.
All run at ±1.0 mm accuracy with 2–5 minute changeover. The right pick depends on your largest sheet size, target output and materials.
Which series is right for my production volume?
Match the series to your daily output:
- Over 150,000 sheets/day — GS Series
- 100,000 – 150,000 sheets/day — GW Series or GW Upgraded Series
- 50,000 – 100,000 sheets/day — GE Series
- Under 50,000 sheets/day — GM Series, the most economical full-servo entry
One caveat worth knowing before you shortlist: if your sheet width exceeds 1,450 mm you need GW, GW Upgraded or GS, because GE and GM are 1,450 mm machines.
What flute types and materials are supported?
FENGCHI flute laminators support A, B, C, E, and F flute types, as well as multi-layer corrugated boards. This covers virtually all standard packaging applications — from shipping boxes to premium retail packaging.
What is your warranty?
Warranty: 12 months from the shipping date, covering free spare parts for non-artificial failures. Exclusions: misuse, accidents, and operator error. Lifetime paid-service support is available after the warranty period.
How about installation and training?
Normally, one operator can finish intallation in 2 hours with installation manual and video. If purchaser’s engineer travels at own cost to China, free training session. If engineer sent to purchaser’s factory, all travel cost paid by purchaser.
What is your delivery time?
Our delivery time is 10-30 working days after receiving full payment or deposit. The specific delivery time depends on the product and the order quantity.

Yes — we offer OEM/ODM customization of width, speed and features, and our R&D team works with you to develop tailored solutions.
