What is a folder gluer machine?
A folder gluer machine folds and glues flat corrugated board blanks into finished boxes at high speed. It is the final converting step in corrugated box production, replacing manual folding for dramatically higher throughput, accuracy, and consistency. The machine feeds pre-cut blanks, applies adhesive (cold glue or hot melt), folds the flaps along scored lines, and delivers stacked finished boxes.
What is the difference between FC Series and HX Series?
FC Series is a double-piece folder gluer built for large corrugated shipping boxes and industrial packaging. HX Series is a single-sheet gluer for e-commerce mailers, food, retail display and pharmaceutical boxes — with folding and stitching in one line. How fast does automatic folder gluer run?

Can one machine do both gluing and stitching?
Yes — the HD series gluer-stitcher combines folding, gluing and stitching with one-key conversion between modes and 3–5 minute job changeovers. See the HD-2800 breakdown for the full configuration.
How about warranty?
Warranty period: 12 months from the shipping date of machine. Warranty will be not valid if machine subject to misuse or accidental damage or operator’s error. During the valid time, we will supply spare parts. If you have any other questions, pls contact us and we will reply you through product’s photos and videos to make every detail clear. We also provide all lifetime warranty with paid service.
How about installation and training?
Normally, one operator can finish intallation in 2 hours with installation manual and video. If purchaser’s engineer travels at own cost to China, free training session. If engineer sent to purchaser’s factory, all travel cost paid by purchaser.
What is your delivery time?
Our delivery time is 10-30 working days after receiving full payment or deposit. The specific delivery time depends on the product and the order quantity.
