What is the difference between the GK-1207 and GK-1210?
Both deliver ±0.5mm laminating accuracy and the same 18 g/m² glue-saving design. The GK-1207 is the speed model at up to 9,000 sheets/hour with 1,200×720 mm max sheet; the GK-1210 handles larger 1,200×1,000 mm sheets at up to 7,200 sheets/hour. Still unsure? What materials can it handle?
Top paper from 100 to 700 gsm and bottom paper from 200 to 1,300 gsm — thin paper, coated paper, gray board and thick paperboard. Applicable glues include starch, resin and milky glue (PH 6–8).
How fast is the machine, really?
Speed ranges from 7,200 to 9,000 sheets/hour depending on model. The GK-1207 tops out at 9,000 SPH; the wider-format GK-1210 runs up to 7,200 SPH — with register accuracy held at ±0.5 mm at full speed.
How about installation and training?
One operator can finish installation in about 2 hours using the included manual and video. Prefer hands-on help? Train free at our Dongguan factory (travel at your cost), or we can send our engineer to your factory — travel cost covered by the purchaser.
How long is delivery?
Delivery is 10–30 working days after receiving the deposit or full payment, depending on the model and order quantity. We confirm exact timing in your quotation.
How about warranty?
12 months from shipping date, with spare parts supplied during the period, plus a lifetime paid-service option. Warranty excludes misuse or operator error — we state that clearly up front.
Can the machine be customized?
Yes. Configurations can be adapted to your production requirements and material specifications — tell us what you run and our engineers will confirm the build.
