What types of flute laminators do you offer?
FENGCHI offers four series of automatic flute laminators (sheet-to-sheet litho laminating machines) to meet the production needs of printing and packaging manufacturers of all sizes:
- GM Series — essential entry-level models, up to 11,000 sheets/hour
- GE Series — cost-effective models, up to 13,000 sheets/hour
- GW Series — mainstream and European-spec models, up to 16,000 sheets/hour
- GS Series — ultra-high-speed models, up to 17,500 sheets/hour

What materials can a flute laminator process?
Our automatic flute laminators process corrugated board and cardboard and support common flute structures including A, B, C, E and F flutes, as well as 3-ply, 5-ply and 7-ply applications depending on model configuration. Printed sheets are mounted onto corrugated board to produce high-quality color boxes and corrugated packaging.
Is the machine suitable for high-volume production?
Yes. The GS series flute laminator reaches up to 17,500 sheets/hour and is built for continuous 24-hour operation. Every FENGCHI machine is fully tested with a trial run before delivery to guarantee speed and reliability.
How do I choose the right flute laminator for my factory?
The right choice depends on your maximum sheet size, required output, flute types and budget. As a general guide: GM/GE series suit smaller budgets and lower output; GW series is the mainstream high-speed choice; GS series is for ultra-high-volume production lines.

What models of window patching machines do you offer?
We offer three series of window patching machines for cardboard packaging and folding carton manufacturers:
- Model P Series — full-servo machines ideal for flat windows and tissue boxes

What is the max speed of the window patcher?
The window patcher runs at up to 36,000 sheets/hour with continuous 24-hour operation, delivering accurate, high-speed film patching for flat-windowed cartons.
What products can a window patching machine handle?
It is designed mainly for folding cartons that require accurate, high-speed film patching, including tissue boxes, cosmetic boxes, electronic product boxes, cake boxes, toy boxes and a wide range of retail packaging.

What is the maximum speed of the folder gluer?

Folder Gluer and Stitchers
Answers about our HD series folder gluer & stitcher machines.
What materials can the HD Series folder gluer and stitcher process?

How long does job changeover take?
With the quick order changeover feature, job changes can be completed in just 3–5 minutes, including an order memorizing function that stores settings for rapid production setup.
What is the maximum stitching speed?
The HD-2800 and HD-2800 Ultra achieve 1,600 stitches/min, and the HD-3200 reaches up to 1,600 stitches/min. All models feature adaptive stitching modes for different materials.
Does the machine require operator training?
The full computer control system makes operation straightforward. We also provide comprehensive training and technical support to ensure your team gets the most from the machine.
Spot UV Coating Machines

What models of spot UV coating machines do you offer?
We offer two series of spot UV coating machines for packaging, invitations, corporate branding and business cards:
- TY Series — automatic spot UV coating machine for high-volume production, applying precise spot UV to logos, images and text for striking contrast
- Focus Series — high-speed spot UV machine for spot and gloss coating, ideal for multi-product environments and rapid turnaround

Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a manufacturer, founded in 2009 in Guangdong, China. We design, build and test every machine in our own factory — which is why we can back our speed and quality with real trial runs.
Do you have stock products to sell?
We normally produce machines in batches, so most models are available from stock. Please check with us before ordering to confirm availability.
What is your warranty?
Our warranty period is 12 months from the shipping date. It does not cover misuse, accidental damage or operator error. During the warranty period we supply spare parts, and we also provide lifetime paid-service support. For any other question, contact us and we’ll reply with product photos and videos to make every detail clear.
How about installation and training?
Normally one operator can complete installation in about 2 hours using the installation manual and video. If your engineer travels to China at their own cost, we provide a free training session. If our engineer is sent to your factory, travel costs are paid by the purchaser.
Do you test all your goods before delivery?
Yes — we run 100% functional testing and a trial run before delivery to ensure product integrity. All products are CE certified.
What is your delivery time?
Our delivery time is 10–30 working days after receiving full payment or deposit. The exact time depends on the product and the order quantity.
What are your packaging conditions?
Each machine is protected with anti-rust oil, packed in a container with plastic bags and desiccants, and then placed into strong, seaworthy wooden cases.
Will you supply for OEM orders?
Yes — we can customize production machines according to your requirements, including branding, configuration and complete production lines.
Can I see the machine running before I buy?
Yes. We can share working videos of the exact model you are interested in, and every machine runs a trial in our factory before delivery. Watch our installation and working videos, or ask us for a live demo.
What is your minum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is one machine. We supply single machines as well as complete production lines (for example, flute laminator + flip flop stacker).
Do you provide spare parts and after-sales support?
