Window Patcher FAQs

What is the difference between Model P, Q and Y window patcher?

Model P is built for volume: up to 36,000 sheets per hour of flat window patching with ±1.0 mm accuracy, and sheet widths up to 1400 mm.

Model Q adds V-cut and creasing for premium cosmetic, gift and toy cartons, holding ±0.5 mm registration at up to 9,000 sheets per hour.

Model Y combines both: flat patching, V-cut and creasing in a single pass, with ±1.0 mm flat and ±0.5 mm registration modes.

All three series share the same full-servo architecture, one-touch digital setup and 24-hour duty rating.

What film and board materials can it handle?

All three series run cardboard from 200 to 2000 g/m² and corrugated board from 1 to 4 mm. Supported window films are PET from 0.03 to 0.2 mm and PVC from 0.03 to 0.25 mm.

What is the maximum production speed?

Model P and Model Y reach a maximum of 36,000 sheets per hour and sustain 32,000 sheets per hour in 24-hour continuous operation at sheet widths up to 950 mm. At the widest formats the ceiling is 30,000 sheets per hour for 1100 mm and 27,000 sheets per hour for 1400 mm.

Model Q runs up to 9,000 sheets per hour with continuous output of 8,000 sheets per hour, because V-cut and creasing are performed in the same pass.

Can the machine handle small batch orders?

Yes. Glue position, film length and cut length are entered digitally on the HMI without wrenches or phase adjustment, so a job change is a recipe recall rather than a mechanical re-rig.

This is what makes short-run, high-SKU schedules practical, and it is why Model Q and Model Y are usually chosen by plants running cosmetics, toys and seasonal packaging.

What is the warranty and delivery lead time?

Machines include a 12-month warranty from the shipping date and lifetime paid-service support. Delivery is usually 10-30 working days after deposit or full payment.

Do you provide installation and training?

Yes. Our engineers provide on-site installation, commissioning, and operator training. We also offer remote video training and 24/7 technical support via WhatsApp and email.
