Window Patcher FAQs
Which model fits my carton?
Start with the finishing and output. Model P is for high-volume flat windows. Model Q is for precision V-cut and creasing at lower volume. Model Y combines all three functions for high-mix production. We confirm the final model against your artwork and material.
What board and film materials are supported?
The platform handles cardboard from 200–2,000 g/m² and corrugated board from 1–4 mm. Supported films are PET from 0.03–0.2 mm and PVC from 0.03–0.25 mm. Unusual materials should be checked against a sample.
What speed can I expect on my actual box?
Headline speed is only a ceiling. Actual output depends on window size and shape, board, film, registration tolerance, and how often you change jobs. An engineer can estimate the realistic range from your specification.
Can you check feasibility from artwork or a sample?
Yes. Share the carton dimensions, board grade, film, window style, target output, and artwork or a clear sample photo. Unusual die-cuts and multi-window layouts should always be checked before the order.
What is included after delivery?
Support includes on-site installation and commissioning, operator training, remote diagnostics, spare-parts support, and a 12-month warranty. Delivery is usually 10–30 working days after payment terms are confirmed.
Do you provide installation and training?
Yes. Our engineers provide on-site installation, commissioning, and operator training. We also offer remote video training and 24/7 technical support via WhatsApp and email.
Can machine specifications be customized?
Yes. FENGCHI offers OEM/ODM services and can customize machine width, speed and features for your production requirements and material needs.
