What is the maximum production speed?
Up to 36,000 sheets/hour on the BTM-760P and BTM-950P, up to 30,000 on the BTM-1100P, and up to 27,000 on the BTM-1400P, depending on material and product size. All models are rated for 24-hour non-stop operation.
What film types does it support?
PET film from 0.03-0.2 mm and PVC film from 0.03-0.25 mm. The dual-frame film unwinding system also supports dual window patching.
How do the four models differ?
They differ in maximum paper width: 760 mm, 950 mm, 1100 mm, and 1400 mm. Choose based on your largest flat carton format. Power, weight, speed, and overall dimensions are in the specification table above.
What warranty and support do you provide?
Warranty period: 12 months from the shipping date of machine. Warranty will be not valid if machine subject to misuse or accidental damage or operator’s error. During the valid time, we will supply spare parts. If you have any other questions, pls contact us and we will reply you through product’s photos and videos to make every detail clear. We also provide all lifetime warranty with paid service.
What is the delivery lead time?
Our delivery time is 10-30 working days after receiving full payment or deposit. The specific delivery time depends on the product and the order quantity.
How about installation and training?
Normally, one operator can finish intallation in 2 hours with installation manual and video. If purchaser’s engineer travels at own cost to China, free training session. If engineer sent to purchaser’s factory, all travel cost paid by purchaser.
Can you customize the machine for our cartons?
Yes. OEM orders and customized production machines are available. Send a carton sample and your output target, and we will confirm the configuration before quotation.
