What is the warranty period for Fengchi machines?
All Fengchi machines come with a standard 12-month warranty from the date of shipment. This covers manufacturing defects and component failures under normal operating conditions. Extended warranty plans are available for purchase.
Do you provide installation and commissioning?
Yes, we provide professional installation and commissioning services. Our engineers will visit your facility to install the machine, perform test runs, train your operators, and ensure everything is working perfectly before handing over. This service is included in the machine price.
Can you customize machines to my requirements?
Absolutely. We offer OEM/ODM services and can customize machine specifications including working width, speed, and additional features. Contact our sales team with your specific requirements and we’ll provide a tailored solution.
How do I request spare parts?

What is the typical lead time for delivery?
Standard models typically have a lead time of 15-30 working days. Customized machines may require 30-45 working days depending on the complexity of modifications. We always provide an estimated delivery date at the time of order confirmation and keep you updated throughout the production process.
