Corrugated packaging equipment FAQs
Which machine laminates printed paper onto corrugated board?
A flute laminator (litho laminator). FENGCHI offers five series from 11,000 to 17,500 sheets/hr with ±1.0 mm accuracy; the right model depends on your sheet size range and target output.
Do you make folder gluers for corrugated boxes?
Yes. The HX series runs single-sheet corrugated boxes and the FC series handles double-piece boxes, at up to 2,500 sheets/hr. For heavy boxes we also offer an all-in-one folder gluer-stitcher.
What is the difference between a folder gluer and a folder gluer-stitcher?
A folder gluer folds and glues only; the folder gluer-stitcher adds stitching in the same pass (1,600 stitches/min) for boxes that need extra mechanical strength.
Can short runs on corrugated be profitable?
Yes — 3-minute job changeover on our flute laminators and stocked standard models keep setup losses low. Delivery is 10–30 working days.
