Which box types and board grades does it run?
It is built for double-piece (AB-type) corrugated boxes such as large shipping boxes, industrial packaging and heavy-duty transport cartons. It runs E flute up to 10 mm and multi-ply constructions, covering A, B, E and F flutes.
What is your delivery time?
Our delivery time is 10–30 working days after receiving full payment or deposit. The exact time depends on the product and the order quantity. Standard models are available from stock for faster delivery.
How long does installation take?
Installation and commissioning schedules vary by machine model, but our engineers provide complete setup and operator training support.
Do you provide overseas after-sales service?
Yes. Fengchi provides overseas installation, training, technical support, and spare parts assistance for global customers.
How about warranty?
Warranty period: 12 months from the shipping date of machine. Warranty will be not valid if machine subject to misuse or accidental damage or operator’s error. During the valid time, we will supply spare parts. If you have any other questions, pls contact us and we will reply you through product’s photos and videos to make every detail clear. We also provide all lifetime warranty with paid service.
