Maximum speed is 22,000 sheets/hour (175 m/min) under optimal conditions. Stable continuous production runs at 16,000 sheets/hour. Actual speed depends on sheet size, paper quality, and operator proficiency.
What types of corrugated board can the GW-2200BP handle?
It handles cardboard above 300 gsm as bottom paper, plus A, B, C, E, F flute profiles, 3-ply and 5-ply corrugated boards up to 10mm total thickness. The front-paper feeder is specifically designed for deformed and warped boards that other feeders reject.
Do you provide overseas installation and training?
Yes. Fengchi has 11 service centers worldwide and provides on-site installation, operator training, and commissioning. We have local support teams in Vietnam, Turkey, India, Malaysia, Thailand, and other countries. Our technicians provide full on-site training after machine delivery, ensuring your team can operate the equipment confidently.
What warranty and after-sales support do you offer?
Warranty period: 12 months from the shipping date of machine. Warranty will be not valid if machine subject to misuse or accidental damage or operator’s error. During the valid time, we will supply spare parts. If you have any other questions, pls contact us and we will reply you through product’s photos and videos to make every detail clear. We also provide all lifetime warranty with paid service.
Can you customize machine specifications?
Yes. We offer OEM/ODM services and can customize machine width, speed, and features to meet your specific production requirements and material needs. Our R&D team works closely with customers to develop tailored post-press solutions for unique applications.
Can I see the machine in operation before buying?
