The Model Y Window Patching Machine at a Glance
The Model Y window patcher is engineered to consolidate three operations into one smooth, continuous pass:
- Flat cutting — clean, consistent film cutting across the full sheet width
- Corner notching — precise corner shaping for crisp window edges
- Creasing — accurate fold lines that hold tight tolerances
The machine operates at 13,000 sheets per hour and maintains this speed even when processing double-lined boxes, running exceptionally smoothly under demanding production loads.
