Folder Gluers
Y, Q and P models apply film windows at up to 36,000 sheets/hr with ±1.0 mm accuracy — round, square and custom window shapes on retail cartons.
Spot UV Coaters
Localized UV gloss at 9,000 sheets/hr with ±0.2 mm registration — typically applied over matte lamination for a high-contrast premium finish.

Cardboard packaging equipment FAQs
What is the difference between a flute laminator and a cardboard laminator?
A flute laminator bonds printed paper to corrugated board; a cardboard laminator bonds paper to solid carton board for folding cartons. Cardboard laminators hold tighter register (±0.5 mm) and run smaller formats.
Can one window patcher handle different window shapes?
Yes — the Y, Q and P models are servo-driven and cover round, square and custom window configurations at up to 36,000 sheets/hr with ±1.0 mm accuracy.
Should spot UV be applied before or after lamination?
The standard premium sequence is matte lamination first, then spot UV on the areas you want to shine. Send us your artwork and we will confirm the sequence for your stock.
Which window patcher model fits my output?
