Flute Laminators
What types of flute laminators do you offer?
We offer four series of flute laminator machines that meet the production needs of most printing and packaging manufacturers. They are: the GM Series (essential models), with a maximum production speed of 11,000 sheets per hour; the GE Series (cost-effective models), with a maximum production speed of 13,000 sheets per hour; the GW Series, which includes mainstream models and European-spec models, with a maximum production speed of 16,000 sheets per hour; and the GS Series, our ultra-high-speed series, with a maximum production speed of 17,500 sheets per hour.
What materials can it laminate?
Our automatic flute lamintors can process corrugated board, cardboard, and common flute structures including A, B, C, E, F, 3-ply, 5-ply, and 7-ply applications depending on model configuration.
Is the machine suitable for high-volume production?
Yes. The GS series flute laminator has a maximum speed of 17,500 sheets/hour operation for continuous 24-hour running.
Cardboard Laminators
What types of cardboard laminating machines does your company offer?
We offer two models of cardboard laminating machines designed to meet the production needs of manufacturers of folding cartons and cardboard packaging. They are: the GK-1207, with a maximum production speed of 9,000 sheets per hour; and the GK-1210, with a maximum production speed of 7,200 sheets per hour.
What materials can it laminate?
Our automatic cardboard laminators can process thin paper, cardboard paper, coated paper, gray board, thick paperboard, and more.
Is the machine suitable for high-volume production?
Yes. TheGK-1207 cardboard laminator has a maximum speed of 9,000 sheets/hour operation for continuous 24-hour running.
Flip Flop Stackers
What is the max speed of the flip flop stacker?
Up to 15,000 sheets/hour depending on model and substrate.
What materials can the stacker handle?
A, B, C, E, and F flutes, as well as multi-ply corrugated cardboard.
How easy is changeover?
Touchscreen presets reduce changeover time significantly; exact time depends on operator training and job complexity.
Windwow Patchers
What models of window patching machines does your company offer?
We offer three series of window patching machines designed to help cardboard packaging and folding carton manufacturers worldwide improve production efficiency. They are: the Model P Series full-servo window patching machines, which are ideal for flat windows and tissue boxes; the Model Q Series full-servo window patching machines, which are ideal for creasing and V-cutting; and the Model Y Series window patching machines, which are designed for versatility, speed, and precision.
What is the max speed of the window patcher?
The window patcher has a maximum speed of 36,000 sheets/hour operation for continuous 24-hour running.
Which products fit window patcher?
It’s designed mainly for tissue boxes and other flat windowed cartons that require accurate, high-speed film patching, including cosmetic boxes, electronic product boxes, cake boxes, toy boxes, and various retail packaging.
Folder Gluer Machines
What types of cartons does your folder gluer support?
We offer two series of folder gluer machines designed to help corrugated box manufacturers worldwide improve production efficiency. These include: the FC Series Automatic AB Paper Folder Gluer and the HX Series Automatic Single-Sheet Folder Gluer.
What is the maximum speed (sheets/hour)?

Folder Gluer and Stitchers
What materials can the HD Series folder gluer and stitcher process?
The HD Series is compatible with A, B, C, AB flute, 3ply, 5ply, and 7ply corrugated paper. It can handle both single and double wall corrugated materials with precision.
How long does job changeover take?
With the quick order changeover feature, job changes can be completed in just 3-5 minutes, including order memorizing function for rapid production setup.
What is the maximum stitching speed?
The HD-2800 and HD-2800 Ultra achieve 1600 stitches/min, while the HD-3200 reaches 1600 stitches/min. All models feature adaptive stitching modes for different materials.
Does the machine require operator training?
The full computer control system makes operation straightforward. We provide comprehensive training and technical support to ensure your team maximizes machine performance.
Spot UV Coating Machines
What models of spot UV coating machines does your company offer?
We offer two series of spot UV coating machines that deliver significant value across a wide range of applications, including packaging, invitations, corporate branding, and business cards. The specific models are as follows: TY Series—an automatic spot UV coating machine designed for high-volume production, capable of applying precise spot UV coating to logos, images, and text to create striking contrast; Focus Series—a high-speed spot UV coating machine featuring extremely fast processing speeds, capable of spot and gloss coating, making it ideal for multi-product production environments and rapid turnaround requirements.

Do you have stock products to sell?
We produce machines in bacth normally. So most models we have some in stock, please check with us before ordering.
How about warranty?
Warranty period: 12 months from the shipping date of machine. Warranty will be not valid if machine subject to misuse or accidental damage or operator’s error. During the valid time, we will supply spare parts. If you have any other questions, pls contact us and we will reply you through product’s photos and videos to make every detail clear. We also provide all lifetime warranty with paid service.
How about installation and training?
Normally, one operator can finish intallation in 2 hours with installation manual and video. If purchaser’s engineer travels at own cost to China, free training session. If engineer sent to purchaser’s factory, all travel cost paid by purchaser.
Do you test all your goods before delivery?
Yes, we have 100% functional testing and pilot run before delivery to ensure product integrity. All products are certificed by CE.
What is your delivery time?
Our delivery time is 10-30 working days after receiving full payment or deposit. The specific delivery time depends on the product and the order quantity.
What are your packaging conditions?
Usually, we pack the machine in a container with a plastic bag with desiccants, then with strong seaworthy wooden cases. Each machine will be protected by anti-rusted oil before put into case.
Will you supply for OEM orders?
Yes, we can customize the production machine according to your requirements.
