The FENGCHI HD Series can perform folding+gluing, folding+stitching, or all three operations simultaneously.
What types of corrugated board can the HD Series process?
The HD Series handles A, B, C, and AB flute corrugated board, as well as 3-ply, 5-ply, and 7-ply sheets. The minimum sheet size is 760 × 300mm (applicable to HD-2800 and HD-2800 Ultra). This broad compatibility means you can run nearly all common box styles — from lightweight retail cartons to heavy-duty industrial containers — on a single machine.
How long does it take to change between jobs?
Job changeover takes only 3-5 minutes. The order memorizing function stores your previous job parameters, allowing the machine to recall settings instantly. On the HD-2800 Ultra and HD-3200, full servo control enables digital adjustment of all folding axes, pressure settings, and positioning — no manual wrenching required. This dramatically reduces downtime during batch switches and enables economical short-run production.
Can the machine switch between gluing and stitching?
Yes. It supports one-key conversion between stitching and gluing functions, and can also perform both together.

How about installation and training?
Normally, one operator can finish intallation in 2 hours with installation manual and video. If purchaser’s engineer travels at own cost to China, free training session. If engineer sent to purchaser’s factory, all travel cost paid by purchaser.
How about warranty?
Warranty period: 12 months from the shipping date of machine. Warranty will be not valid if machine subject to misuse or accidental damage or operator’s error. During the valid time, we will supply spare parts. If you have any other questions, pls contact us and we will reply you through product’s photos and videos to make every detail clear. We also provide all lifetime warranty with paid service.
What is your delivery time?
